About CMMT

The Center for MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and Microsytems Technology (CMMT) serves as a central entity for MEMS research and educational activites across various disciplines of engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In supporting this mission, CMMT creates and disseminates intellectual property and human capital to the greater community interested in MEMS and MEMS based systems.  Opportunities for engagement with CMMT faculty can be establisted in many different modes.  These can range from research and development, prototyping, to short course development and instruction as well as research-related training activities.  Typical systems focus include systems for Inertial Sensor for Navigation, Micro- and Nano-Resonators, Kenetic Energy Harvesters, Tunable RF Filters, and Interface Circuits for MEMS and Sensors.
